The Challenge
Incomplete Style Guides: The existing style guides were outdated, lacking comprehensive documentation and responsive versions for components, leading to inconsistencies across the design.
Accessibility Limitations: Many screens and components did not comply with WCAG standards, resulting in an inaccessible experience for some users.
Aggressive Timelines: The project required the development of a complete design system and the redesign of 120 screens within a tight deadline of just two months.
